  • Be 18yrs old(to drive in-state) or 21yrs old(to drive out of state)
  • Must have a diploma or GED
  • Understand,read and speak basic English

APPOINTMENT DETAILS

At the appointment, you will:

  • Complete our application so bring required documents
  • Be given a referral for a DOT physical and drug screening that you must pass in order to start the program(APPLICANT COVERS THE FEES)
